One of the cornerstones of my anxiety therapy approach is guiding you towards new perspectives on your thoughts and behaviors. I help you see anxiety and OCD in a new context rather than being caught in the content of your obsessions and compulsions. I will teach you how anxiety and OCD really works.

I facilitate a deep exploration of root causes helping empower you in your recovery. Through inner exploration and compassionate inquiry into the unconscious mind, we uncover the underlying exhaustion, traumas, beliefs, and patterns that fuel these conditions. By addressing the core issues, it is possible to manage or experience liberation from anxiety and OCD.

In my practice, I employ gentle yet progressive Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques to help clients re-programme their subconscious mind and expand your behavioral repertoire. You are always in control of this process and we will only work at a speed that you are comfortable with.

Some of the techniques that I use are: EFT (tapping), NLP, timeline therapy, parts therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness. I have found these far more effective than attending to surface-level symptoms.

Through gradual exposure to triggers and the prevention of compulsive behaviors, clients learn that feelings of anxiety don't actually mean anything and it's perfectly ok to just let these emotions flow through you. This process can be quite quick and extremely effective at getting clients to the point that things that used to trigger you no longer evoke those old thoughts and emotions.
